Traffic

In order to establish a nice environment and to speed up the development of the Zone, we will construct a main traffic frame of four ways in Horizontal direction and three ways in longitudinal direction, they are No.4 Huannan Road, Fengshou Road, No.5 Huannan Road, Red flag Road, Wenwan Road, Wenzong Road, Warp Knitting Road from No.1 to No.12 and etc. All these roads form a series of network of traffic and are in line with Haining Grand Road, No.08 provincial Road, Haichan Road and etc.

Infrastructure

During five years time, investment of over 120 million RMB on infrastructure forms a framework of modern industrial zone by building road , planting trees and grass by the road, and lighting on the road. We also invest to build sewage drainage project and heat & power plant and so on to realize concentrating heat & power supply of the Zone, then truly realize to reasonable development and use, and share resources in the zone.

Haining CNWK Zone practice the system of acting as an agent in handling agent in the whole course. Our Administration Committee and the Exploiting Ltd. Company will handle all the procedure with one continuous line for the investors including applying and approving projects, capital examining, land rent, registering in the City Industrial & Commercial Bureau and City Tax bureau. To supply perfect service to enterprises, our administration committee coordinates various of department such as public security department, Industrial & Commercial department, financial department, land administration department, city construction department, post office, electronic power supplying department and so on , with the purpose of provide our enterprises with all-direction service.

Technical support

Haining CNWK Zone attaches importance to apply science and technology, it will establish the Haining China Warp Knitting Industrial Promotion Center, which includes Warp Knitting Technology Center，Warp Knitting Information Center, Warp Knitting Testing Center and Warp knitted Products Exhibition Center. It sponsored China Warp Knitting Information Website(CWKI) as well as registered its own website.CWKI can help enterprises to learn knowledge about warp knitting, offer enterprises relevant information on the warp knitting industry, promote enterprises to make use of E-business, enhance the development of warp knitting industry. In addition, Haining CNWK Zone lays stress on cooperating with textile colleges, has created a long-term cooperation relationship with Donghua University(Shanghai), Southern Yangtze University (Wuxi,Jiangsu) and Tianjin Polytechnic University to utilize their know-how and skill to our advantages.
